With the turn of a new month, The Baguette Boys set new goals; all of us are shaking it up pretty big this month by dropping or adding some huge goals.

- Fad diets aren't sustainable, favor exploration, health, and happiness
- Drinking alcohol affects your recovery, willpower, and performance for many days afterwards (even just one drink!)
