  3. Build a support network: Seek emotional support and practical assistance from family, friends, or support groups.
  4. Put a respite plan: Arrange temporary relief from caregiving to take breaks and recharge.
  5. Carve out time for yourself: Prioritize self-care and engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
  6. Incorporate fun things to do: Integrate enjoyable activities into your caregiving routine for a healthy balance.
  7. Practice mindfulness: Use techniques like deep breathing and meditation to manage stress and stay present.
