• How Do You Self-Soothe?

The Holidays make even the most secure of us come unhinged in some way.  Even more so, when you're actively dealing with grief or trauma.  And it gets worse with this preconceived notion you have to be happy, because this season's greeting IS "Happy Holidays!".  This episode explores self-soothing, what it is, and how you can use it to maintain or even gain your personal power.  The intention is NEVER perfection; but rather some good ol' newly social normalization of feeling and dealing to heal.  And some messiness along the way.

  • The Burden of Feeling Like a Burden

Standing in your personal power sounds strong and glamorous.  However, in the middle of your healing journey, you're going to feel a lot of emotion we assign to be negative - and a lot of times that makes us feel like a burden.  That's quite a burden to take on.  In this episode, I talk about the very real situation we often get ourselves into - the burden of being a burden - and that one small step to get you out of that burdening loop.

  • Rocket Fuel

Sometimes we burst into the atmosphere with plenty of rocket fuel, only to run out along the way.  That's inevitable, really, because anyone can ever really go full speed ahead for so long - no matter how much we want to achieve what's ahead for ourselves.  This episode taps into that, in a personal way.

  • Igniting that Inner Fire While Letting Others Shine Just as Bright

This episode picks up where last episode with Ashley Marie left off - women and the looming reality of sexism.  So much in the news lately has highlighted how much sexism still exists, which is why it feels important to discuss along with personal health.  This episode highlights how that can affect the sense of safety for those in the line of fire of this sexism, and how important now more than ever it is to know there is no need to compete in who can shine the brightest.  Nor should we ignore this competition exists.  We truly can ignite our inner fire, while we let others shine just as bright.

The title of this episode sounds a little racy, but believe me, this episode is more like rapid-fire conversation, from one curious person to another.  Meet Marc Lee, the Executive Producer of "Radio Show With Marc Lee", among other shows, at IBM.TV.  He's also a fellow podcaster, lover of music and gaming, and a genuinely curious guy.  That's why it was an easy choice to reach out to Marc Lee about getting curious - in health and in life.  So sit back, and mind the quality (it's a bit hairy on this one), and let the curiosity flow.
