This episode picks up where last episode with Ashley Marie left off - women and the looming reality of sexism.  So much in the news lately has highlighted how much sexism still exists, which is why it feels important to discuss along with personal health.  This episode highlights how that can affect the sense of safety for those in the line of fire of this sexism, and how important now more than ever it is to know there is no need to compete in who can shine the brightest.  Nor should we ignore this competition exists.  We truly can ignite our inner fire, while we let others shine just as bright.
