Welcome to Wabi-Sabi-Livestyle. Where we use new perspectives and knowledge to improve our quality of life when faced with chronic illness, trauma, and hardships.
My name is Anne Goggans, and I am a QHHT healing hypnosis practitioner, herbalist, artist, and reiki master. I have spent the last few decades learning about and recovering from the black box diagnosis of chronic illness.
The Japanese art of Kintsugi is particularly appropriate for us, as the art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and powdered precious metals focuses on a unique philosophy. It treats breakage and repair as an admiral thing of beauty and strength, even desirable as opposed to a flaw to be disguised.
What better way to approach life than to see our breaking points as times of triumphs. After all, look how far you have come under such rigorous circumstances.
You, in all your breaks, flaws, and trauma are a thing of beauty. We celebrate you now, as we live the Wabi-Sabi-Lifestyle.
