• Wabi Sabi Lifestyle Episode 1 : A Native American Life

In this episode we hear excerpts from a QHHT hypnosis session in which the client goes back to a Native American life. She experiences trauma that she carried around for a very long time, but we address and release that trauma, plus a wonderful heartfelt word from the other side.

Welcome to Wabi-Sabi-Livestyle. Where we use new perspectives and knowledge to improve our quality of life when faced with chronic illness, trauma, and hardships.

My name is Anne Goggans, and I am a QHHT healing hypnosis practitioner, herbalist, artist, and reiki master. I have spent the last few decades learning about and recovering from the black box diagnosis of chronic illness and overcoming hardships.

The Japanese art of Kintsugi is particularly appropriate for us, as the art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and powdered precious metals narrows down to a unique philosophy. It treats breakage and repair as an admiral thing of beauty and strength, even desirable as opposed to a flaw to be disguised.

What better way to approach life than to see our breaking points as times of triumphs. After all, look how far you have come under such rigorous circumstances.

You, in all your breaks, flaws, and trauma are a thing of beauty. We celebrate you now, as we live the Wabi-Sabi-Lifestyle.
