What does it feel like to be part of one of the world's most polarised, long-running and disputed conflicts? Breaking the Silence is an organization of veteran soldiers who have served in the Israeli military since the start of the Second Intifada. Together they have taken it upon themselves to expose the Israeli public to the reality of everyday life in the Occupied Territories.

In this episode of Vestbredden: Live we are joined by Benzion Sanders from Breaking the Silence. Benzion takes us through some of his experiences as a soldier with the IDF serving in the West Bank and his thoughts and experiences of the occupation. He also talks about why Breaking the Silence is a vital contribution in the work towards peace in Palestine and Israel.
