Dr. Mani Kukreja (@dr_mani.kukreja) is an MD and MPH focused on integrative wellness and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about educating people on anti-aging and is the author of the upcoming book “Live More, Age Less”. 

Father Time is, and will always be, undefeated. But how can we maximize the time that we have? This is the concept of “healthspan”, and this is the main topic of this discussion. What’s the point of living longer if you’re not living well? 

Anti-Aging and longevity are sort of buzzwords that are loosely thrown around these days and are often used to market nonsense products. Some of these things have value - and we discussed them - but none of them have any value if you’re not implementing certain daily exercises to form the foundation. 

Dr. Kukreja is a wealth of knowledge and really breaks things down in a way that is easy to understand and simple to implement… but it only works if you implement it!
