There's just one problem: Jax wasn't invited, and he shows up anyway!

From the flowers delivered to Stassi's hotel room to the confrontation at dinner, Jax refuses to stay out of the picture. Tom Schwartz jumps into the argument, Stassi throws a drink, Katie gets caught in the crossfire, and the night spirals into a chaotic fight involving Jax and Frank.

And who could forget Jax pulling off that chunky white sweater in the parking lot while Tom Sandoval gets caught up in the madness?

This is Vanderpump Rules at its absolute messiest.

Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpump is left short-staffed at SUR while the crew celebrates in Vegas, with Scheana staying behind to help keep the restaurant running.

Vanderpump Rules Season 1, Episode 3: "You Don't Know Jax"

Do you know Jax? Because Stassi is starting to realize she might not. 👀

We're back for Episode 3 of The SUR Files' Vanderpump Rules Rewatch, and this time we're diving into Season 1, Episode 3 — "You Don't Know Jax."

After the breakup in Episode 2, Stassi is trying to move on from Jax Taylor. But while Katie and Kristen think Stassi will eventually take Jax back, Stassi is making it clear that she's reached her limit. After feeling like she's been treated poorly for years, she's determined to stand her ground.

But then comes Frank.

Stassi starts getting closer to SUR bartender Frank, creating an unexpected love triangle when Jax realizes that his ex may actually be moving on. Jax makes a big attempt to win Stassi back, and for a moment, it looks like the two might actually reconcile.

But then Frank drops the bomb.

Frank tells Stassi that he heard Jax cheated on her in Las Vegas — and that the alleged affair resulted in a pregnancy.

And Stassi is DONE.

With no evidence to back up the accusation, Stassi still takes the allegation seriously. She throws Jax's clothes around their apartment, drinks his expensive Cristal, and tells him to come get his things. When Jax arrives with Tom Sandoval, he denies cheating and vows to get revenge on Frank.

Meanwhile, Kristen and Tom Sandoval have their own explosive confrontation.

At a fashion shoot, Kristen encounters Cassandra, someone from Tom's past who reveals that she previously slept with him. Kristen brings the information back to SUR, confronts Tom during their shift, and the argument gets so intense that Lisa has to step in and remind Tom about bringing personal drama into the workplace.

And this episode gives Joshie plenty to talk about when it comes to something that goes WAY beyond reality TV drama:

Joshie takes a step back from the chaos to talk about self-respect, knowing when enough is enough, and recognizing red flags in relationships.

When you're constantly making excuses for someone's behavior, ignoring things that make you uncomfortable, or convincing yourself that someone will eventually change, where do you draw the line?

The biggest question isn't always "Will they come back?"

Sometimes it's:

"Why do I want them back?"

Joshie breaks down the importance of recognizing those red flags early, protecting your peace, and understanding that having self-respect sometimes means walking away — even when you still have feelings for someone.

The breakup starts NOW! 💔🍸

We're back at SUR for Episode 2 of The SUR Files' Vanderpump Rules Rewatch, and things are already getting messier.

This time around, Joshie Lopez dives into Season 1, Episode 2 — "This Is A Break-Up" — as the SUR crew gets ready to celebrate Gay Pride, Lisa Vanderpump puts her staff to work on an unforgettable parade float, and Stassi Schroeder and Jax Taylor's relationship starts heading toward a major breaking point.

And then comes Sunscreen-Gate. ☀️

When Stassi catches Scheana and Jax flirting, all hell breaks loose. After everything that happened between Stassi and Scheana in Episode 1, watching Scheana put sunscreen on Jax is basically throwing gasoline on an already raging fire.

Joshie breaks down the tension between Stassi, Scheana and Jax, including Stassi's reaction, Scheana attempting to have a conversation with Stassi, and Lisa once again trying to keep her employees' personal drama from completely taking over SUR.

But the biggest storyline of the episode is the increasingly toxic relationship between Stassi and Jax.

Stassi is frustrated that Jax isn't acting like the responsible adult she expects him to be, while Jax is clearly reaching his limit with the constant fighting. Their relationship has reached the point where even working together at SUR becomes difficult.

And then we get one of the first truly iconic locations in Vanderpump Rules history: the back alley of SUR.

The arguments, the tears, the relationship drama — this little alley is about to become one of the most important places in VPR history.

And just when you think the day couldn't get messier, Jax's behavior at a SUR birthday party pushes Stassi even closer to ending the relationship for good.

Is this actually the end of Stassi and Jax?

Well...

We know what happens eventually. 😏

We're going all the way back to where it all began!

Stassi immediately makes it clear that she runs the SUR friend group, while Scheana arrives at the restaurant carrying baggage from her past and quickly finds herself on the outside looking in. Lisa encourages Scheana to stand up for herself, leading to the first major showdown between the two women — and the beginning of one of Vanderpump Rules' longest-running rivalries.

Joshie breaks down Stassi, Scheana, Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, Jax Taylor, Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Peter Madrigal, and Lisa Vanderpump as we meet the original SUR crew and see their dreams before the show completely changed their lives. The final reunion installment is here, and The SUR Files is going out with a bang! Joshie Lopez breaks down The Valley Season 3 Reunion – Part 3, where the cast finally confronts some of the most explosive and uncomfortable moments of the entire season.

The Season 3 finale is here, and this week on The SUR Files, Joshie Lopez breaks down the explosive conclusion to one of the most chaotic seasons of The Valley yet.

In the season finale, the group comes together for Brittany Cartwright's Halloween party, but instead of closure, old wounds are reopened and friendships are pushed to their breaking point. This week on The SUR Files, Joshie Lopez breaks down The Valley Season 3, Episode 17 – "Guilt Tripping," as relationships are put to the test and long-simmering tensions finally begin to boil over.

This week's episode follows Michelle and Jesse Lally as they officially sign their divorce papers, bringing an emotional end to one chapter while committing to co-parenting their daughter together. Meanwhile, Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick begin couples therapy, where difficult conversations about their future, marriage, and the challenges they've faced since becoming parents leave both of them questioning what's next for their relationship.

Elsewhere, Zack Wickham and Benji Quach face a major crossroads as they struggle to get on the same page about marriage, children, and Benji's immigration situation.
