In today's episode I teach you how to take responsibility for your feelings and not project your trauma onto your children. I give you action steps to take.

Journal prompts for when your child triggers you:

  1. When was the first time I felt the way my child is making me feel?
  2. Who made me feel this way?

I also give you healing words for you and for you to give to your child.
