Ep. 9 Big Block

Happy Holidays to all! Just last week I had the chance to speak with the Amazing Alfonso Gonzalez AKA BIG BLOCK. I first came across his instagram page a few months back and was drawn to his insane Japanese body suit(tattoo) then quickly saw this guy was on a fitness war path. He's worked along side and with people like Chris Bell from Documentary Bigger Stronger Faster, Emmanuel Thompson, Rick Brown, Eric Doyle, Lou Ramirez, and Mike Furnas. His story is absolutely incredible and worth your time. Had a great time and glad to have met a new friend. Enjoy!
