Before I get into the show description I know I've had some audio issues with my new software and equipment but doing my best to fix all the issues. On this Episode me and my brother Coby had the opportunity to sit down and speak with our grandparents. We talked about their up brining and how much life has changed over the years. This is something I've been very interested in doing since the start of the show. In these most controversial times gaining perspective to how others ideas are cultivated by their upbringing, background, over all life experiences in my opinion is the key to bringing our communities together. Truth be told my son may never get the chance to have a long dialog conversation with my grandfather. I've been over to my grandparents house countless times and seen walls, shelves, and counter tops filled with loved ones. It's one thing to look at a photo but another to hear some ones voice and hear how they thought or articulated on ideas. I hope the future generations of my family get something special from this as well as you the listener.

Happy Holidays to all! Just last week I had the chance to speak with the Amazing Alfonso Gonzalez AKA BIG BLOCK. I first came across his instagram page a few months back and was drawn to his insane Japanese body suit(tattoo) then quickly saw this guy was on a fitness war path. He's worked along side and with people like Chris Bell from Documentary Bigger Stronger Faster, Emmanuel Thompson, Rick Brown, Eric Doyle, Lou Ramirez, and Mike Furnas. On todays Service, Michael talks about his life leading up to prison and his experience on the inside. He grew up in the same neck of the woods as I did and got involved in drugs and crime ultimately leading him behind bars. His testimony is one of a man trying to turn his life around for the better and spread the word on how to stay out of the prison system. He spoke about all the things that have kept him out, and away from bad habits, and bad people. This awesome gentleman speaks the truth of how things are on the inside and what life is like in the most raw way possible. Michael has goals to get involved with inmates exiting the prison system and on to the right path like himself. Adam was a Sports Commentator for BBC and still professionally does Sports Commentating traveling the world doing sporting events ranging from football, tennis, and the Olympic Games. He’s a humanitarian that’s helped refugees in Lesvos, Greece fleeing their home countries and runs a non-profit helping community cohesion through achieving individuals ambitions. It was a pleasure speaking with Adam and hearing his stories. Anthony is a research technologist based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He works along side Physicists tracing quantum dots using machines. This is a topic that’s fascinated me for years now and I’m still just as confused today as I was when I first heard about quantum mechanics.
