At the sake of his mental health, Oliver starts testing a new "super" drug that greatly enhances his strength and healing capabilities. As Oliver gets addicted he begins to ruin his relationship with Lois and with his peers, while also getting caught up in Lex's corrupt web. Meanwhile, Clark just wants to have Thanksgiving with his mom, Martha just wants Lionel and Lana just wants to work at a crack house.

Justin Hartley (This Is Us, The Young and the Restless) special guest stars as recurring season six and original DC Comics character Oliver Queen, a.k.a. Green Arrow.
