What If Carl Johnson Was In Grand Theft Auto V?

How amazing would it be if Carl Johnson, the main protagonist from GTA San Andreas had an appearance in GTA V? Would it be great? Would it be bad? Quite frankly, had he been in the game as a minor character with a significant impact on the game's story plot, it sure would have been something unique!
