So take just a few seconds and scroll down past the show notes to drop some stars and leave a review. You can also follow me on the socials even though I do not keep up with them. I am in need of a social media person but can not afford one. Ugh the struggles are real people, but I digress. What is new with you guys this week? I use talkspace no this is not an AD although they should sponsor us! I am preparing for spring break vacay with my oldest and my mother. We are headed down to Texas for lots of fun in the sun! I also started doing yoga again and love how it makes me feel so much better even after only 20 minutes. I even treated myself to a new mat and yoga gear! Email me your news, comments, suggestions, questions, reviews anything you want. queenbspodcast@gmail.com Ok let's get into this week's episode. In order to do this I need your help, so share with a friend, rate and review so it pops up higher on the list of suggested podcasts. Are you looking to get a raise/promotion or switch to your dream career? Who doesn't want more money? I sure do!Have kids? Yell less or teach them something new. Mom goals? Spending more time with kids or cooking vs eating out. Wife goals? Telling or showing your husband how much you appreciate him or stop nagging. Friend goals? Having good quality time with friends or being a better listener. How do we reach these goals? We start by building a great structure and sticking to it, but also being able to roll with the punches when life throws you curveballs. So let's start with building a great structure. Before you set your goal as yourself if this is what you really want? Meaning is this so important that you will dedicate time and effort into reaching that said goal? This podcast is hosted by Tina Sorenson. Support for this podcast is provided by "Yours Truly". Sound mixing done by Tina Sorenson.
