So with Covid19 wreaking havoc- the Supreme Court (#SCOTUS) held Oral Arguments over video conference which gave everyone a glimpse into the Supreme Court questioning process... should this stay past quarantine? Why don't we record Supreme Court Oral Argument questioning? What if this was applied to zoning board meetings?


Then Walter and John take a trip down memory lane and discuss some of the older rembrants of the Rutgers School of Law- Newark Faculty Alumni. The stresses of Property law, legal research and writing - the process of cold calling!


Then we bring up the old argument of "Tort Reform!" in Personal Injury - and what could be done to redesign the system- and why that won't happen...
