Why don't we record Supreme Court Oral Argument questioning? What if this was applied to zoning board meetings?

Then Walter and John take a trip down memory lane and discuss some of the older rembrants of the Rutgers School of Law- Newark Faculty Alumni. The stresses of Property law, legal research and writing - the process of cold calling!

Then we bring up the old argument of "Tort Reform!" in Personal Injury - and what could be done to redesign the system- and why that won't happen...
