My Experience With Burnout and What I'm Learning
17m | Jun 5, 2026In this episode, I talk openly about my personal experience with burnout—something I haven’t really discussed on the podcast before.
Burnout can show up in a lot of different ways: mentally, emotionally, and physically. I break down what each of these has looked like for me, how they’ve overlapped, and how easy it can be to miss the early signs when you're constantly trying to keep up with life, work, and expectations.
I also get into what I’m currently learning about recovery—doing less, working smarter, setting better boundaries, and paying attention to my energy instead of just my time.
I share some of the tools I’ve been experimenting with, including nervous system support, lifestyle adjustments, and my personal experience with things like ashwagandha and stress management.
This isn’t a “how-to fix burnout” episode—it’s more of an honest reflection in progress. If you’ve ever felt drained, overwhelmed, or like you’re running on empty, you’re definitely not alone in it.
