Today you’re going to learn from the Food Freedom and Fertility expert Lindsey Lusson about what damages female hormone health, how to eat to regain your period, the dangers of undereating, the role fat plays in our hormone health and more!

Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian, momma, Christian wife, and food freedom enthusiast. She didn’t always have such a free and positive relationship with food, but her experiences have allowed her to connect with and support others in a very real way.

Lindsey has studied nutrition and exercise for 15 years and is well aware of what under-eating can do to your health and hormones. For over a decade, she didn’t have a natural period. When she and her husband wanted to begin trying for a baby, she felt lost with no direction on how to get pregnant.

By the grace of God, she found a book about Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA). She decided to stop all exercise and eat much more. In less than a month, she got her period back! Three months later, she got pregnant naturally despite being told she would need fertility treatment to start a family.
