This week, many of us in North America were treated to one of nature's best shows, a full solar eclipse!  It was truly a reminder of how remarkable and memorable life can be.  It was also a reminder that you have the power to make sure that your brand stands out like a total eclipse in the workplace. Tune in to hear Jayzen’s actionable steps on how to leverage your brand to ensure that the experiences you create for people in your world are unique and memorable, so that you are known as someone that people want to take notice of and use their efforts to help you in your career.   It’s about finding your unique voice and letting it shine through in everything you do.  Additionally, you have to show people, not tell them.  That is, you have to walk the walk and not just talk the talk.  Finally, you’ve got to execute work projects using your brand filter.  What is the secret sauce that only you can bring to each and every project?

Jayzen is thrilled to welcome Amy DuBois Barnett to the show.  Amy has had an amazing career in publishing and media, taking her first role as editor-in-chief for a major magazine at just thirty years old.  She has been an executive at top media companies including Paramount where she had P&L responsibility for BET’s digital platforms. She was an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a noted author.
