Episode 16 - David Williams & David Hoke, HML from Red Door Funding

Today we have David Williams and David Hoke from Red Door Funding, a Houston based hard money lender focused on helping real estate investors for more than a decade and have done thousands of deals. They went over the basics of what is hard money lending, also the different products they have for fix-n-flippers and buy-n-hold landlord investors; as well as what they look for in a successful deal in terms of estimated repair bids, how the ARV was calculated to really vet the deal.
