Welcome back to the Japan Rugby Weekly Podcast!

I'm Doug the translator, and I'm joined by Co-Host Heiden Bedwell-Curtis from the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Sagamihara Dynaboars.

This week we are joined by Former NTTComm star and Olympic athlete Brackin Karauria-Henry. Bracks shares his journey of growing up in NZ, before moving to Australia to pursue a career in Rugby League which led to getting a spot on the Australian Sevens team, a Super Rugby contract, then a job at the Shinning Arcs. What was originally meant to be a 1 year trip to Japan has now become a career spanning over a decade an including a Olympic appearance. We had a lot of laughs with Bracks and also explained the Japanese tradition of Setsubun, it's not to be missed!

Have a listen and make sure to share it with a mate, every share helps!!
