26. Business is CYCLICAL and Your Job is To Know The Trends
19m | Mar 28, 2023If you have been in business for more than a couple years, then you have probably figured out there is a pattern to your business. You have seen that typically some months of the year are consistently better than others. You have figured out that summer is a great time for people to join your team.
If you are thinking to yourself that you have no idea what time of year is better then any other, then you have some research to do! If you don't have enough to compare from your own business, ask your mentor or even a corporate coach about the trends and patterns of the company sales and recruiting.
There is so much power in knowing what trends to expect in your business and sales! Because if we are honest, life is gonna happen. You are going to need to be flexible with your business, and if you have somewhat of an idea of what kind of quarter you are heading into, you will be that much more prepared.
This is NOT letting yourself off the hook for not making goals happen. This is simply preparing yourself to know when the slimmer seasons are and when the harvesting time has come.
There is no reason you should feel any less of a leader if your business is not in momentum. That is lie from the enemy!
