God Got Goons #andweouthere #workingtogether #saving #God'sKingdom!
This is a safe place for whosoever will to have real conversation about what is really happening in the world around us. We are literally reclaiming the word "Goon" from the world and repurposing it for the Kingdom. In a time when the church is caught up on secondary issues such as the day, we worship, the style of worship and the labels and names we call upon; the only requirements here are that you are breathing and are able to pray. Today the fight is not with people, but the injustices, apathy, and spiritual stagnation of a nation. We don't fight each other over translations and traditions. We fight the real enemy- and love every other soldier in the trenches. So, this a bat-signal for every misfit who still carries a sword. Not thugs but enforcers of goodness. Those with grit, courage and loyalty. Those willing to show up and are willing to get their hands dirty serving others, who aren't afraid of conflict (spiritual/moral) and who speak up to protect the vulnerable. We are anointed, anchored, not just angry people, but people fueled by divine Love and truth.
