After disappearing for a while, I finally went on a short nature walk and recorded another episode for The Human Record.

In this episode of CorrenonRecord, I talk honestly about where my head’s been at lately — burnout, brain fog, ADHD, overstimulation, smoking too much weed, moving, and feeling mentally checked out from the nonstop political and social media machine.

I ramble a bit about modern psychiatry, diagnoses, and whether we’re too quick to label every human struggle as a disorder instead of asking what kind of world we’re actually living in.

This isn’t some polished expert discussion. It’s more of a raw stream of thought while walking through nature and trying to mentally unplug from the constant noise for a minute.

Just a short “I’m back” episode. Not a deep dive — just checking back in with you guys while my brain slowly reboots itself.

My ideas of what's been happening with the broader human psychological state of the world. Ego driven maniacs. Self aggrandizing types who are never wrong. . And refuse to be seen as anything but whatever identity they have established. Which is a social insecurity. They must conform and be liked and seen as authentic at all cost. Even the cost of truth and reality itself.

Entitlement — virtue signaling and moral posturing. Why i despise people who are addicted to these things.

First few minutes im ranting. Then i begin to chat about Iran. I am no expert. Just simply sharing my opinion.

Nothing in particular but a friendly expression of my personality.. Albeit a sleepy sounding one. 🥱 It is – and was late at the time of this recording. Im somebody who probably averages 4 hours of sleep a night (if that) and has animal allergies. ALWAYS around animals.... People basically think that i am on drugs sometimes — when im actually just tired AF 🤷🥱 looks can be deceiving.
