After suffering a major knee injury and tearing his ACL, Rafael Espinoza talks about his mindset and perspective to bounce back.

Former USL Orange County SC youth standout now currently playing for D1 UC Irvine, Rafael talks about his journey growing up playing soccer in Orange County. 

Him and his brother Miguel, started a soccer mentorship business called athletic ascent helping soccer players with reaching their goals and playing at a higher level.

From injuries to navigated the uncertain as a soccer player, Rafael’s story is full of great nuggets and lesson to learn from.
