Our conversation then turns to the story of the Prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 18-19. Through Elijah's story, we see how weariness and exhaustion manifest in our mental state and how they can lead us away from our purpose.
We discuss how rest and renewal, coupled with the word of God and spending regular, intentional quality time with Him, serve as medicine for the tired mind. By examining Elijah's journey, we gain insights into the power of divine rest and the importance of continual spiritual nourishment.
