Welcome to the Build Your Culture Brand Podcast. Today Dr. Jay Raines is joined by A.J. Roller, Owner-Operator at Chick-fil-A Markham & University in Little Rock, Arkansas. Being a business owner from a young age, A.J. learned early on the value in “doing it right the first time”. With a history of entrepreneurship in the family, he was inspired to find his place in the service industry where he built a thriving business before entering into the world of Chick-fil-A. A.J. highlights how he creates a space of restoration for guests despite being drive-thru only, and what his leaders have to say about the culture being created in his organization. Inspired by lessons from his dad, A.J. shares how he continues to build a business “worthy of putting his name on”.
LeadersQ serves individual owner-operators and their teams and is not affiliated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Chick-fil-A, Inc.
