Welcome to the Build Your Culture Brand Podcast. Today Dr. Jay Raines is joined by Drew Allen, recently selected Owner-Operator at Chick-fil-A Brenham, a new location opening in Brenham, TX. At the time of this recording, Drew was in his third year in the Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A, Inc. where he traveled across the States supporting operators and their teams at new locations. In this episode, Drew shares his experience in the program, including remaining flexible in his role, adapting to geographical context, and navigating the challenges that come with opening new locations. Drew highlights the importance of giving and receiving grace, and what it looks like to create new lifestyle rhythms when adapting to changing environments. From his experience supporting operators, Drew gives some ideas about ways to engage and build relationships with new teams.
