It can be frustrating and even demoralizing, but it's important to remember that their reaction has absolutely nothing to do with you and everything to do with how they value themselves and see the world. Do NOT lower your rates to please people who can never be pleased.

- If they can't afford you, they can and, often, will try to make you question your worth and feel like sh*t. Don’t let them.
- You can't please everyone—No matter how low you set your rates, there will always be people who expect more for less. Higher prices weed them out.
- Pushback says more about them and their own insecurities and financial limitations than it does about you and your prices
- Respect yourself and stand up confidently for what you know is the value that you bring to the table no matter how someone TRIES to make you feel
