He studied theology as well. And that unique perspective allowed him to see that ufology isn’t nearly weird enough, and the extraterrestrial hypothesis is just too simple. He could clearly see that UFO research groups like NICAP and MUFON had creeds and dogmas as strict as any religion, which limited their vision to a narrow spectrum. Join us for part two of our discussion with Catholic theologian and UAP scholar, Dr. Paul Thigpen of blessed memory. Dr. Thigpen’s superb work in this field granted him access to some of the most important figures in the modern disclosure movement: government officials, intelligence officers, and key whistleblowers. He knew personally half of the cast of Age of Disclosure, and was on familiar speaking terms with David Grusch. He even became a beloved spiritual mentor to Dylan Borland, a devout Catholic and UFO whistleblower who testified about his black triangle sighting and secret UFO programs under oath to congress. Dr. Thigpen was well-positioned to understand what is really going on in the UFO phenomenon, and well-trained to make sense of it within the historical Christian tradition. Which makes his viewpoint very significant.
