How to Interview Realtors

You have your finances in order, you found your lender, now what? In this episode we go over how to interview realtors. What kind of questions should you ask them and what should you be looking out for when you speak to them. Remember that you are building a team, so before you go into a meeting, make sure you understand what you are looking for and what you need. Do you know what kind of house or price range you are looking for? Do you want a realtor to come with you to open houses or do you want them to just give you a list? How many deals has that realtor had this month? How soon can they close? And plenty of other questions!
