What kind of questions should you ask them and what should you be looking out for when you speak to them. Remember that you are building a team, so before you go into a meeting, make sure you understand what you are looking for and what you need. Do you know what kind of house or price range you are looking for? Do you want a realtor to come with you to open houses or do you want them to just give you a list? How many deals has that realtor had this month? How soon can they close? And plenty of other questions!
