Garr and his biker gang bring the talking robot head to Mr. Hobbs looking for a reward.  Deban, Gus, and Tantalas attempt to rescue Saner 0805 before he is sold.  Agent Blu leads an SCU task force to take down the tech mobster once and for all.  All events lead to the showdown at The House of Mr. Hobbs.

All the guests have arrived. The food is being served. The band is playing a song.  Hinas Rimpa is drinking too much.  Deban is trying to break up an engagement.  Councilman Oova is asking too many questions about the talking robot head. It all makes for quite a party in Ignore City.

In an attempt to get back to Deban, Saner 0805 negotiates with the 10-year-old girl holding him captive.  Meanwhile Deban has given up on the robot head and looks to prepare for a party taking place at her house.  Tantalas Hutchins, the curator of The Hall of Electronic Antiquities, returns to SCU headquarters to speak about Deban release.

Deban’s brother calls in a favor to get her out of SCU custody.  After Deban’s release she checks in on those interrogated and realizes it’s for the best the talking robot head is out of her life.  Meanwhile Saner 0805 begins hallucinating inside the confines of the backpack and starts conversing with a talking rat.  They await their fate at the hands of their new abductor.

After being apprehended by the SCU, Deban is brought in for an interrogation to reveal the whereabouts of the missing robot head.  An investigation has been opened and a thorough search initiated of all locations of interest.  Agent Blu and Agent Ponticello bring in witnesses for questioning to get to the bottom of case number 118727.

Deban and Gus make it to The Hall of Electronic Antiquities, where they hope to find an active network port to link up Saner 0805 and reboot the Earth’s weather monitoring systems.  Meanwhile Agent Blu and Agent Ponticello are hot on their trail, closing in and ready to destroy the talking robot head.

Deban Rimpa decides to cash in on Saner's by selling his head on the black market. She reveals his existence to her friend, Gus Gryzangus, a mechanic who fixes small machines for the right price. Instead of introducing Rimpa to Mr. Hobbs, a black market magnate known for shelling out big bucks for illegal technology, Gus wants to smash the head to pieces. Saner proposes an alternative plan that will benefit all parties involved.

Deban Rimpa, a tech-scavenging bike messenger, unearths the head of a sentient robot, Saner 0805, discarded in a junk pile.  Such technology is considered illegal after the uprising against artificial intelligence centuries ago. But instead of destroying Saner like she’s supposed to, she listens to what the enigmatic Saner has to say.  Her life will never be the same again.
