Built on Shalini’s personal experience of creating a rewarding career in facilitation, the podcast attempts to turn intuition into knowledge - skilling & upskilling as a facilitator, building a global network of peer professionals, accessing resources & tools, engage in conversations and personal storytelling to inspire, inform and enable growth of early stage facilitators.
