- How Many Times Must I Forgive?
Peter approaches Jesus with a number that sounds generous: seven times. Jesus answers with
mercy beyond bookkeeping.
5m - Aug 13, 2026 - The Courage to Have the Conversation
Many relationships do not end because love disappeared. They end because honest words were
postponed until silence hardened into distance.
5m - Aug 13, 2026 - The One God Refuses to Lose
A shepherd counts again: ninety-seven, ninety-eight, ninety-nine. One is missing. To others it may
be only one percent. To the shepherd, it has a name.
6m - Aug 13, 2026 - The Seed That Refused to Remain Alone
A grain of wheat looks insignificant in the palm. Buried in darkness, it seems lost. Yet what looks
like an ending becomes the beginning of a harvest.
5m - Aug 13, 2026 - When the Wind Is Louder Than God
The boat is far from shore. Wind claws at the sails. Waves rise like walls, and frightened disciples
cannot recognize the very One walking toward them.
My dear friends, wherever this finds you—at a kitchen table, on the road, at work, in a hospital
room, serving our country, caring for someone you love, or searching quietly for hope—you are
welcome.
5m - Aug 10, 2026 - Faith the Size of a Mustard Seed
A father stands before Jesus with the helplessness every loving parent understands. His child is
suffering, the disciples have failed, and hope seems smaller than the problem.
My dear friends, wherever this finds you—at a kitchen table, on the road, at work, in a hospital
room, serving our country, caring for someone you love, or searching quietly for hope—you are
welcome.
5m - Aug 10, 2026 - The Cross You Did Not Choose
Some crosses arrive without invitation: a diagnosis, a betrayal, a child’s struggle, an empty chair, or
a future that suddenly looks nothing like the one we planned.
My dear friends, wherever this finds you—at a kitchen table, on the road, at work, in a hospital
room, serving our country, caring for someone you love, or searching quietly for hope—you are
welcome.
6m - Aug 10, 2026 - When Heaven Opens Before Your Eyes
The sun has barely risen. Three tired fishermen climb behind Jesus, expecting another ordinary
journey. Then His face becomes radiant, His clothing flashes with light, and the boundary between
heaven and earth seems to disappear.
6m - Aug 10, 2026 - You Feel Forgotten by God
Have you ever felt...
forgotten?
Not by your family.
Not by your friends.
But by God.
You prayed.
You waited.
You trusted.
Yet life became harder instead of easier.
8m - Aug 10, 2026 - Saint Who Changed the World Without Ever Leaving His Village
"Will anything I do really matter?"
Maybe you feel invisible.
You go to work.
You care for your family.
You pay your bills.
You pray.
You help people when you can.
But deep inside you wonder...
"Will anyone remember my life?"
8m - Aug 10, 2026 - When the Wind Is Against You
The diagnosis arrived.
The relationship changed.
The financial pressure increased.
Someone you trusted disappointed you.
Or perhaps you woke up one morning and realized that the storm was not around you—it was inside you.
If that describes your life today, please stay with me.
The storm may be real, but it is not the whole story.
The wind may be against you, but Jesus is already coming toward you.
17m - Aug 10, 2026 - When Jesus Asks You to Trust the Impossible
Have you ever looked at your life and quietly said,
"Lord... I simply don't have enough."
Not enough money.
Not enough strength.
Not enough faith.
Not enough time.
Not enough courage.
Maybe today you feel that way.
7m - Aug 5, 2026 - The Hook
Have you ever done the right thing... and regretted it?
Not because it was wrong...
but because it cost you everything?
If that's happened to you...
today's Gospel was written for your heart.
7m - Aug 5, 2026 - Clay in the Hands of God
You are still in the hands of God.
You may feel cracked.
You may feel unfinished.
You may feel like life has pressed you, stretched you, wounded you, and spun you in circles.
But you are still in the hands of God.
Today’s first reading from Jeremiah brings us into the workshop of a potter.
God tells Jeremiah, “Rise up, be off to the potter’s house; there I will give you my message.”
Jeremiah goes down and sees the potter working at the wheel. The clay vessel becomes spoiled in the potter’s hand, so the potter makes it again into another vessel, as he sees fit.
Then the Lord says:
“Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand.”
14m - Aug 5, 2026 - Finding God in the Place That Rejects You
Rejection does not cancel your calling.
That may be the word someone needs today.
Rejection does not cancel your calling.
Today’s Gospel tells us that Jesus came to His native place and taught in the synagogue. People were astonished by His wisdom. They saw something extraordinary. They heard truth. They recognized power.
But instead of opening their hearts, they began questioning Him.
“Is he not the carpenter’s son?”
“Is not his mother named Mary?”
“Where did this man get all this?”
And the Gospel says they took offense at Him.
16m - Aug 2, 2026 - The Home Where Jesus Is Welcome
Jesus still wants to enter the home of your life.
Not only the clean room.
Not only the prayer room.
Not only the public room where everything looks organized.
Jesus wants to enter the kitchen, where you are anxious.
The sickroom, where you are afraid.
The living room, where family wounds are still waiting.
The silent room, where grief sits.
The locked room, where shame hides.
The tomb, where hope seems buried.
17m - Jul 29, 2026 - Let the Righteous Shine
“Let my eyes stream with tears day and night, without rest.”
This is not polite religion.
This is not a comfortable prayer.
This is the cry of a prophet who sees his people wounded, hungry, broken, and spiritually lost.
Jeremiah looks at the field and sees death.
He enters the city and sees hunger.
He sees priests and prophets wandering in confusion.
He sees a wound that feels incurable.
And he cries.
16m - Jul 29, 2026 - The Treasure Worth Everything
There is a treasure hidden in your life.
It may be buried under pain.
It may be hidden beneath disappointment.
It may be covered by years of struggle.
It may be surrounded by confusion, waiting, sickness, loneliness, or failure.
19m - Jul 27, 2026 - Treasure in Earthen Vessels
What a powerful image.
Earthen vessels are fragile.
They can crack.
They can chip.
They can break.
They are not made of gold, silver, or steel.
They are ordinary clay.
And yet Paul says that God places treasure inside them.
That means God does not wait until we are perfect before He uses us.
15m - Jul 27, 2026 - Becoming Good Soil
Even if your heart has been hardened by pain.
Even if your faith has been shallow from exhaustion.
Even if anxiety has choked your peace.
Even if the thorns of life have grown thick around you.
Even if you feel dry, distracted, wounded, or far from where you hoped to be.
