In this episode Sarah and I go deep into the topic of embodiment, what it is, how to utilize it and what it means to be an embodied person. With her experience studying embodiment through dance, sexuality and yoga she has a deep knowledge and a wealth of experience in how we can develop the mind's sensitivity to the cues of guidance and wisdom we receive from the body.

We touch upon the dance of the masculine and feminine energies, the menstrual cycle, moving all the way through emotions for transformation and how it all relates to the massive shift happening in our world right now.
