• You’re Allowed to Feel Proud of How Far You’ve Come

Have you ever stopped for a moment and thought about all the times you actually followed through on what you said you were going to do?

Or the things you’ve accomplished—no matter how big or small?

We have a way of dwelling on our mistakes, the things we wish we’d done differently or everything we still want to work on. Meanwhile, the things we’ve done right can become “just what we were supposed to do.”

But those moments deserve your attention, too.

The promises you kept to yourself. The small wins. The difficult things you made it through. The progress that happened so gradually you almost forgot there was once a version of you who hadn’t gotten there yet.

Your healing journey doesn’t have to be entirely about what comes next.

    Sometimes, you’re allowed to stop.

    Look back.

And feel really fucking proud of how far you’ve come.

This Love Letter is for you. 🤍

    Sincerely,

a love letter to yourself 🤍

  • Exes & Why We Romanticize People Who Hurt Us *Baddies With A Twist*

Time has a funny way of editing memories.

    Suddenly...

We remember the good. We forget the hurt.

And somehow convince ourselves maybe it wasn't that bad after all.

    😂

Sometimes the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves.

In this episode, Miz and I are talking all about exes, why we romanticize people who hurt us, the boundaries those relationships taught us, and why looking back with rose-colored glasses can sometimes keep us from moving forward.

Because maybe your ex wasn't meant to be your forever.

Maybe they were meant to teach you what love, respect, and alignment really feel like.

If you've ever caught yourself missing someone who wasn't good for you...

    This conversation is for you.

  • The Loneliness of Losing Friends

Not every heartbreak comes from a romantic relationship.

Sometimes it comes from losing a friend.

    Someone who knew your story.

    Someone you laughed with.

Someone you imagined would be part of your life for years to come.

In this episode, I'm talking about a kind of grief we don't always acknowledge—the loneliness that can follow the end of a friendship. Together we'll explore why these losses can hurt so deeply, why it's okay to mourn them, and how healing doesn't mean pretending they never mattered.

    Because friendships shape us.

    And even when they end...

The love, memories, and lessons they gave us remain part of who we are.

If you've been grieving a friendship, I hope this episode reminds you that your feelings are valid—and that even in loneliness, you are never truly alone.

  • A Love Letter to Those Who Are Afraid to Begin Again

Sometimes the bravest thing you'll ever do is begin again.

Starting over can feel like failure.

    Like letting go.

Like losing everything you've worked so hard to build.

But what if it isn't the end of your story?

What if it's the beginning of one that finally feels like your own?

In this episode, I'm sharing a love letter to anyone who's standing at the edge of a new beginning. Together we'll talk about why starting over feels so scary, why we often stay in places we've already outgrown, and how choosing to begin again might become one of the greatest gifts you ever give yourself.

Because sometimes life isn't asking you to go backwards.

    It's inviting you forward.

If you're afraid to take the first step, I hope this episode reminds you that new beginnings don't erase your story.

    They become part of it.

  • It’s Okay to F*ck Up *Baddies With A Twist*

Have you ever felt like healing means you can't mess up?

Like one setback means you've undone all your progress?

    I know that feeling well.

Over time, I stopped seeing my mistakes as proof I was failing and started seeing them as proof that I was human.

    Healing isn't about perfection.

It's about learning to meet yourself with compassion, even on the hard days.

I talk more about that in today's episode, and I hope it reminds you that one setback doesn't define your journey.

  • You Don’t Need to Feel Guilty for Choosing Yourself

People are going to use anything they can if they really want you to break your boundaries…and guilt? That’s definitely going to be one of them

As a former people pleaser, it’s my least favorite manipulation tactic. I know how hard it is to see through the guilt trip and push through to choose yourself

Instead of letting you uphold a boundary or stand up for yourself, guilt is used to make you do what they want at the expense of yourself. And after you feel guilty enough to do what they want? You now feel guilty for letting them do that to you. Boy, it is a cycle!

It’s hard, but not impossible…find out how to flip the script on this episode!

  • Travel, a Fairytale You Choose for Yourself

Sometimes that fairytale begins with a plane ticket.

For me, it looked like wandering the streets of Budapest, cocktail in hand on a rooftop overlooking the city, slowing down over long dinners, and collecting one "pinch me" moment after another.

There's something magical about travel. Not because it changes who you are, but because it creates those quiet moments where you stop and think, "I can't believe this is my life." It almost doesn't feel real...and yet it is. That's part of the magic.

In this episode, I'm taking you with me through my solo trip to Budapest and sharing the moments that made it unforgettable. But this isn't just a travel story. It's a reflection on wonder, intention, trusting yourself, and discovering that the magic of a place isn't only found in where you go—it's found in how you choose to experience it.

Because maybe a fairytale isn't something we stumble upon.

Maybe it's something we create through the choices we make, the beauty we allow ourselves to notice, and the adventures we're willing to say yes to.

I hope this episode inspires you to embrace curiosity, seek out those "pinch me" moments, and remember that you're allowed to create a life that feels extraordinary in ways both big and small.

After all, the most beautiful part of the fairytale is realizing it isn't someone else's story.

    It's your own.

  • When Letting Go Is Right, But Feels Wrong

This love letter is dedicated to all my inner baddies that struggle with letting go of what’s not meant for them, even when they can feel deep down in their soul it’s the right thing to do

As someone who hates letting go of things in my life, whether it be people or material things, this lesson was one of the hardest ones for me to learn while on my healing journey

They say let go to create space for what’s meant for you, but the thought of letting go of someone or something I decided to let in and love? It was more heart breaking than actually letting it go

Because healing isn’t about taking the easy route. So on this episode let’s go through this sh*t together…so we can see why it’s worth it on the other side

Sincerely, a love letter to yourself 🤍

  • Touch Grass, Babe - You Weren’t Meant to Hide From Life *Baddies With a Twist*

It’s time to get outside and touch grass, my beautiful baddies. This episode is not meant for the couch dwellers, it’s for my baddies that wake up wanting to get outside!

Some people just aren’t meant to live a boring life! That friend that’s always traveling? That friend that’s doing side quests for fun? That friend that’s doing it for the plot? They’re living their best lives because they want more out of their life!

Hear how saying yes to opportunities, deciding to live for ourselves, and our deep love of travel pushes Miz and I to really live life…and not hide from it

  • The Art of Feeling Everything and Finding Ways to Express It

It can be hard to express your feelings out loud. Sometimes it feels like you can’t form the words, can’t find the right words, and it makes you feel like you have to keep it inside if you can’t say it properly

But there are so many different ways you can express yourself so that you don’t trap those feelings inside of you

Because there is no right way around here to express what you need to, it’s just what works for you

Let’s figure out together what creative outlets can help us express ourselves, and which one became mine

  • Your Nervous System Was Never Meant to Live Like This

You aren’t meant to hustle and go a million miles an hour all the time. You aren’t meant to be in survival mode all the time. You were not built to live in a constant state of to-do lists.

You were built to live, really live and enjoy the moments

Slowing down used to feel almost like a panic attack to me. I felt like I had to go 100 miles per hour to live life, otherwise I wasn’t doing it right. But life kept forcing me to slow down when I didn’t want to - until I decided to try and slow down for myself

So this love letter is dedicated to all those who are in need of slowing down, when it feels so wrong to do

Sincerely, a love letter to yourself 🤍

  • We’re Tired of Always Being the Bigger Person *Baddies With A Twist*

It’s exhausting always having to be the bigger person!

Knowing dirt on them, but not saying anything. Coming up with the best comeback, but having to say it to yourself in the shower instead of saying it to them

I mean, come on! Who doesn’t want - just once - to let go and not be the bigger person??

But on this journey, we never compromise on who we are to deal with people not worth our time…because when they go low they just show you that they’re already not on your playing field. You’ve already won, don’t sink to their level and take that away from yourself

Hear more on this episode from Miz and I on how being the bigger person can suck, but it’s worth it every time

  • The Version of You That Needed Compassion

Did you believe that struggling with your mental health made you a burden? That going through tough times meant you needed to isolate rather than lean on others? That voice in your head telling you to stop being so dramatic, or to stop feeling the way you do?

There’s so much stigma around feeling down, feeling depressed, having mental health issues, and a lot of that leads you to believe you are a burden - especially to others

I spent so much of my time struggling with mental health believing that, when that was so not the truth. It turns out the whole time you’re fighting yourself to just “be better” or to “stop feeling that”, that’s when you really needed compassion, from yourself and others

  • Stop Waiting for Someone Else to Celebrate You

Have you been waiting for others to give you flowers? Waiting on others to say congratulations or to tell you how amazing you are? It's time to stop waiting and realize why giving yourself your flowers is so necessary

Because when you wait for others to show up for you, you abandon yourself…and we don’t do that around here anymore!

This is a love letter dedicated to those who are waiting for others to show up for them, but forget to show up for themselves…and let’s really ask ourselves, if your inner baddie wouldn’t wait on anyone, why would you?

Sincerely, a love letter to yourself 🤍

  • Someone is Braver Because of You

All the work you’ve been doing doesn’t go unnoticed. Somewhere along your journey you might think…is any of the work I’m doing even making a difference? Is anyone even noticing all this effort I’m putting in?

The answer is yes, and sometimes those who notice are from unexpected places

The self love you’re pouring into yourself has a way of showing up, including how others see you. Your courage and strength might even show others that they can do this too

    31m - Jun 3, 2026
  • Gemini Season *Baddies With A Twist*

Everyone’s got their thoughts on Gemini’s…but as fellow Gemini’s, Miz and I are going into what people get right and what we think gives us a bad rap! And honestly, every sign gets their love and their hate, and sometimes it’s spot on! We all know that feeling!

But being a Gemini isn’t just about people’s perceptions of us, it’s about how we celebrate ourselves too…it is Gemini season after all! We dive into what we do for us, how we treat ourselves, and what cocktail this next era of our lives is.

So want to know what’s spot on about Gemini’s and how we treat ourselves on our birthdays? We get into it all in this episode!

  • Episode 57: The Love Letter Collection

It’s such a transformative thing being grateful. I know people talk about gratitude journals, feeling grateful for the things you have and not dwelling on what you don’t, and man, they are right!

I used to think being grateful was like a form of forced positivity. Like, I’m having a bad day, I don't need to be grateful! But the more I learned to love the little things around me, I realized that was what being grateful really was all about.

It’s like water flowing to shore in the ocean - yes, there are waves that can crash down on you and knock you over, but also there is the sun reflecting off the water creating sparkles, there’s the heat beaming down that makes you want to dip your toes in the water, there’s calm parts of the water you can just soak in. It’s about the flow of things - yes you can have a bad day AND be grateful (something I didn’t think you could do)

There’s just something about feeling good in your skin and how it’s a reflection of feeling good about what you have in your life, so hear more on this episode!

  • Episode 56: Packing Problems *Baddies With a Twist*

The worst part about an upcoming trip? Having to pack!

Listen, we love knowing we have a trip coming up, but why can’t we just ship our whole closet with us so we don’t have to make hard choices??

Miz and I both have trouble packing but for totally different reasons haha! She’s an overpacker and I’m a carry-on only kind of girl. Here all about our packing struggles on this episode!

  • Episode 55: Check on Your Strong Friend

Ever have a friend that seems like they always have everything together? They always get through hard times and never ask for help? Yup, that's the "strong" friend, who usually suffers in silence

And odds are they do need help…so instead of telling them how strong they are for getting through what they do - next time, check on them. See if they need help

  • Episode 54: The Love Letter Collection

It’s easy to take for granted the things and people you see all the time, the ones that happen daily but aren’t in-your-face type of moments…but I find that these are truly the most rewarding to romanticize

Whether it’s the view from your home, waking up to cuddles with your pet, having a loved one reach out to tell you how their day was - all of these things can be so beautiful when you fully appreciate them

And who doesn’t want to look at their life and love those moments?

Hear how I changed my perspective to love and feel grateful for the little things in my life…something that’s had such an impact on my inner baddie healing journey

Sincerely, a love letter to yourself 🤍
