EP. 24 The Race Traitor and The Klan
13m | Oct 1, 2026Today it was announced that the family of Renee Good is suing ICE agent Jonathan Ross; the man who killed her, and senior Trump administration officials over her death.
The lawsuit’s main legal tool is the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, a Reconstruction-era law Congress passed to fight hooded night riders who terrorized Black Southerners. The surviving piece of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3), lets people sue anyone who conspires to deny a group equal protection of the laws out of racial or class-based animus, and it specifically covers those who "go in disguise on the highway."
