Knowing Before Knowing

From sensing something was wrong before her father's unexpected death to a haunting dream the night her mother's train crashed, Beth's story is filled with moments she couldn't explain at the time. What followed wasn't an instant awakening or a perfectly mapped spiritual journey. It was grief, anger, questions, curiosity, and eventually learning to trust a part of herself that had been there all along.
