The workplace didn’t just change; it unbundled. Offices, roles, schedules, and even careers are being redesigned in real time. In this episode of Serving Up Success with a Splash, Bruce, Angie, and Nawtej explore the future of workplaces, what’s actually working, what’s broken, and how leaders and professionals can thrive no matter where (or how) work gets done.

  • Leadership Skill for 2026: Emotional Intelligence in an AI-Driven World

Artificial intelligence is transforming how work gets done, but it’s also revealing something critical: Technology doesn’t replace leadership. It exposes it.

In this episode of Serving Up Success with a Splash, we explore why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has become the most essential leadership skill for 2026. As AI accelerates decision-making, automation, and efficiency, the leaders who stand out aren’t the most technical; they’re the most human.
