The High Fly Flow trio started off this episode by covering NJPW's news with Reiwa Three Musketeers and discussed their thoughts about the entire thing. 

For the main part of the show they covered Forbidden Door, especially MOTYC which Ospreay and Omega had, Sanada's current reign as IWGP World Heavyweight champion, and the absence of Bullet Club on the card. 

They closed off the show by discussing Independence Day shows and answering questions.

We start off with covering BOSJ final match.
