Jotham Sadan, how did you write The Anxiety Encyclopedia?

Episode 68
23m | Jul 18, 2021

Jotham Sadan has taught over 1000 students, performed music in front of crowds of over a hundred people, and bungee jumped off one of the tallest bridges in Japan. But what you might not have guessed is that he also suffered from anxiety so intense that he wasn't able to eat, sleep, or leave his house for weeks. After his diagnosis with panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, he committed to learning as much as he could about his condition by reading all of the books and research he could get his hands on. Over the course of his recovery, he recorded his findings in the form of a book that provides a simple, straightforward model of anxiety and its treatment. That book is called The Anxiety Encyclopedia and it’s now available on Amazon and wherever good books are sold.

In this episode of How Do You Do? Podcast, Ben asks Jotham about his personal experience with anxiety, his writing process for the book, the biggest revelations he came across throughout his research, and more.
