How my mental health has affected my life and how I am dealing with it ( and what i do to help me )

so I will be talk about how my mental health has affected my life how I try to deal with it and what i feel like when it comes to my mental health and I wish that i don't feel that way . I feel like I am in boxes and I feel like I am trying kick the box but it wont open to let me out so i am stuck in it I cant move so I am just keep kick in till I can get out but I am not able to get out of it and I am trying everything and just cant open it .and if i try to tell someone in my family they are just like get over and move on and stop act like that and i am trying to tell them that i cant breath and my heart is going so fast see i get in to these moods where I just don't what to do anything and just sleep and be in bed all the time and go anywhere and it gets to the point that when I say I am going to do something I wont do it and now I am trying to figure out everything and its heard I have my son and his dad telling me where I cant go and live so I feel trap and I don't like that feeling but I let them make me feel that way and his dad has done so much to me and he keeps doing to me but I let him to
