In this Episode, I welcome Samantha Miley to the show. Samantha is a woman of faith, wife, mum of 4, personal trainer and more. Originally from Trinidad, she begin her journey into the fitness world after college and has not looked back since. After getting married and becoming a mum, Sam realized that continue to keep her family healthy she wanted to find products to enhanced her fitness journey and also could benefit her family’s lifestyle. She talks about how Arbonne empowers people to flourish with clean vegan products that improve the mind, body and skin. And, after adding the products to her daily routine she loves how much the products have changed her life and how she feels confident in knowing that her family is getting the nutrition they need. In particular, she goes into detail about how the products have helped her physical and mental health after the addition of her twin boys which increased her household to 6 and no longer 4.

In this Episode, I welcome Ariel Simmons to the show. Ariel is a model, mom to son Malcolm and published author. Oh! I forgot to mention, she recently became engaged( now married!) .

After giving birth to her son early at 25 weeks, her strength would be tested day after day while he was in the hospital and after coming home. Being born a preemie, Malcolm wasn’t expected to make it. Yet, he pushed through all the odds and Doctors nicknamed him Miracle Malcolm.

Ariel always had a love for writing. And, after going through this storm with her family, she was inspired by Malcolm’s strength to tell his story and turn it into a book. She wanted to use this book to inspire other parents and kids going through their own struggles. She also wanted to give a gift to her son for years to come.

In this Episode, I welcome guest Zelenka Boyd the Face behind “MamaZee and her 3” to the show. Zelenka is a 32 year old Mom of three who’s oldest is Marley, 5 and twins, Ayden and Ireland, are 4 years old.  She has been a front line worker taking and dispatching 911 calls for over 10 years. However, her journey into entrepreneurship began just under 2 years ago while journaling as an outlet during a storm that she was going through at the time. Soon after using her personal IG page as a part of her healing process, it grew into some thing bigger than she imagined.
