Be*ten To Death.. One Night on an Alaska Cruise Destroyed an Entire Family - KRISTY MANZANARES

In July 2017, Kristy Manzanares boarded the Emerald Princess with her husband Kenneth, their daughters and extended family for a week-long Alaska cruise. It was supposed to celebrate birthdays and their upcoming wedding anniversary. Instead, one argument inside their cabin ended in murder.

After Kristy told Kenneth she wanted a divorce, their daughters were sent into an adjoining cabin. Minutes later, they heard their mother screaming and looked through the connected balcony, where they witnessed Kenneth attacking her. Relatives rushed inside before ship security arrived, but Kristy could not be saved.

Kenneth later pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and received 30 years in federal prison. Six weeks after sentencing, he was found unresponsive in his Alaska jail cell and died.
