In this episode Uncle Dolemite is discussing conflict resolution. In any conflict, the solutions suggested are conversation, compensation, separation, or confrontation. The first priority should be having a conversation to understand what the issue is between you and another person. The next thing that should be tried is to come to an agreement of compensation, whether that be monetary or another form of accountability. If there's no way to come to a resolution with those two methods, you should do your best to separate from the other party.
