Head and neck cancer rehabilitation is something that most OTs and SLPs don't really study in school. It's not everyone's cup of tea - for sure - but it is a much needed service to the patients. We may be the first to notice symptoms of head and neck cancer and the only rehab professionals who are treating these patients.
