If my yard is full of weeds, no it isn't...

When our mind sees something and doesn't know the cause or reason, it will come up with an answer that seems to fit. The thing about it, is this is how we create judgments. We can view something or a situation at surface level and can create a story that isn't even close to the truth. We will never know what someone else carries. The invisible load. So maybe this episode is more about how can we view situations not from a judgemental or limiting lens but through an empathetic and more loving lens. Let's just dive in here, thanks for listening.
