Having To Pass On A Home Run Deal

Often times being real estate smart extends far beyond how to analyze deals. This one had nothing to do with comps or “the numbers”, this one was riddle with family drama and legal trouble. In this one, we go into how we were smart enough to avoid this deal all together.
