This week is another big ol' catchup from the boys where they talk about everything that's been happening like being interviewed on the radio or sneaking in to concerts and Nic's girlfriend meeting Paul Breach - a lot to cover. Enjoy.

This week the boys chat shit, although that's not really different from any other week... Anyway, we played a little game of Things You Can Say at Family Dinner and In The Bedroom, quite a lovely topic. We also did a little game of Guess The Saying, you'll see what we mean.

Our take on the panel show Room 101 where we each come with three things that we dislike: maybe a type of person, maybe a certain food or sometimes something controversial.

This week the boys talk about some strange and random topics, it's a bit all over the place to be honest - but they're usually the best ones.

Nic finally recalls his 7-week-long trip to Zimbabwe during the summer with some close-calls and exciting adventures. There were close calls with elephants, living next to rhinos and the largest waterfall in the world. Expect many animal encounters.

The lads have another catchup and Lucas tells us about how he met Robbie Knox!

The three shmucks are back in town. Well, not exactly the same town - in fact, quite distant towns. But nevertheless, they are here for, what you might call, a big ol' catchup. Nic and Lucas have been to Scotland, Matt has been to Italy and Nic now lives in WALES.

We are most certainly back.

What? No... It can't be...

The lads are back from their 2-week break! In this one they chat about what they’ve been up to after two weeks apart including Lucas chatting about some phenomenal wedding food, Matt goes out and has a nice word with some police and Nic enjoys a stripper next to his grandma.

In this one, Lucas and Nic bring Matt up to date on their Otley Run filed with drunk shenanigans and dodgy men attempting to spike drinks. After the catch-up, Matt despises a certain hotel, Lucas doesn’t enjoy carpeted bathrooms and Nic hates kids.

In this one, the lads chat about the things they LIKE the most! Not to be confused with ‘NICS BEDROOM’ where they discuss the things they most hate. From urinals to headphones, sunsets to flow state, nothing is off the table unless it’s shi*te.

Unfortunately due to a sh*t cable, the audio isn’t great in this one for some of it so we apologise for that! It couldn’t be helped :(

From two back to back night shifts to watching a gig to then playing a gig, Nic tells the boys about the shenanigans he got up to last week. Lucas tangents into talking about a chaotic co-worker who has made his store the slowest in the ENTIRE COMPANY, and A creepy man watches from the window as Lucas changes.

Nic and Lucas talk about their gruelling experience walking the 24-mile route up and down the three tallest mountains in Yorkshire! The lads then go on to chat about the first Shmod day out with some silly little water creatures

This week, the lads discuss things they most hate! They are joined by the judge (Amy) who decides who’s thing is the worst in her extremely unbiased opinion… Matt is fuming about the speed in which people walk, Nic is a tree hugger and Lucas doesn’t associate with dressing gowns.

Lucas is completely out of ideas so asks the lads if they’ve shat anywhere weird, Matt talks about unorganised gigs and his trip to Scotland and they debate if you go for people based on your parents

 In this one, Amy joins the lads on some discussions about how they would survive in a Zombie apocalypse. Amy then brings in some Reddit stories to discuss with the boys.
